RESOLUTION
Commending
Emily Shiver; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Emily Shiver of Berrien County has served with great ability as a 4-H District
President; and
WHEREAS,
this outstanding accomplishment clearly demonstrates the dedication and hard
work of this 4-H member and the support, encouragement, and opportunities
offered by the member´s family and the men and women who work with 4-H;
and
WHEREAS,
this honor was bestowed by 4-H members in recognition of the leadership
abilities which this dedicated 4-H District President has clearly demonstrated;
and
WHEREAS,
this 4-H member serves as an outstanding representative of the 4-H Club
organization and has earned the respect of fellow 4-H members.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that Emily Shiver is recognized and
commended for her service as a 4-H District President and for the exemplary
manner in which she has performed her duties as district president.
BE
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Emily Shiver.
