RESOLUTION
Commending
Justin Shae Feimster on becoming an Eagle Scout; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Justin Shae Feimster has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, to be awarded during an
Eagle Scout Court of Honor on March 12, 2005; and
WHEREAS,
the attainment of Eagle Scout rank indicates that a Scout has developed
leadership ability, self_confidence, mature judgment, and mental and physical
capabilities that will be of immense benefit throughout life; and
WHEREAS,
Justin Shae Feimster has amply demonstrated to his Scout leaders and peers that
he possesses these qualities along with sterling character; and
WHEREAS,
for a Scout to reach Eagle rank, he must earn 21 merit badges, 12 of which are
mandatory requirements for the Eagle Scout program; and
WHEREAS,
in achieving Eagle Scout status, Justin Shae Feimster has brought honor not only
to himself but also to his family and Vidalia Boy Scout Troop 993.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body recognize
and commend Justin Shae Feimster for his diligence and dedication in pursuing
the highest honor awarded by the Boy Scouts of America and congratulate him on
attaining the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Eagle Scout Justin Shae
Feimster.
