RESOLUTION
Congratulating
Technical Sergeant Clayton E. Holloway on being named the 2005 Non-Commissioned
Officer of the Year for the 165th Airlift Wing; and for other
purposes.
WHEREAS,
Technical Sergeant Clayton E. Holloway of Rincon has been honored by the 165th
Airlift Wing by being named as the 2005 Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year;
and
WHEREAS,
Technical Sergeant Holloway serves as a liquid fuels maintenance craftsman in
the 165th Civil Engineering Squadron; and
WHEREAS,
this distinguished officer is widely respected and admired for his integrity,
diligence, and commitment to excellence, serving as an inspiration to all of his
colleagues; and
WHEREAS,
Technical Sergeant Holloway's tireless dedication to serving his fellow
countrymen as a member of the 165th Airlift Wing makes him an excellent choice
for this prestigious award; and
WHEREAS,
all Americans owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to the brave men and women who
serve in our nation's military, and it is abundantly fitting and proper that
this body appropriately recognize the extraordinary achievements of this
outstanding individual.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body join in
congratulating Technical Sergeant Clayton E. Holloway on being named the 2005
Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year for the 165th Airlift Wing and thank him
for his invaluable service to our country.

IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Technical Sergeant Clayton
E. Holloway.
