Amend
the Senate Regulated Industries and Utilities Committee substitute (LC 28 3061S)
to HB 1385 by striking

time frames established in Code Sections 12-7-9 and 12-7-10 for erosion and
sedimentation control plans"
on lines 5 and 6 on
page 2; by striking

regulations governing the review of erosion and sedimentation control plans
under Part 9 of Chapter 7 of Title 12 to establish appropriate time frames for
the submission and review of revised plan submittals where a deficiency or
deficiencies in the submitted plans have been identified by the governing
authority".
