Senate State and Local Governmental Operations Committee offered the following
amendment:
Amend
HB 788 by striking line 14 of page 1 and inserting in its place "This Act shall
become effective on July 1, 2005, notwithstanding the provisions of Code Section
1-3-4.1.".
