RESOLUTION
Honoring
and celebrating the birth of Natalia Desiree Jones; and for other
purposes.
WHEREAS,
on Sunday, March 2, 2008, at 2:40 P.M., Gary and Desiree Jones became the proud
parents of a beautiful baby girl, Natalia Desiree Jones; and
WHEREAS,
this gorgeous baby girl weighed in at seven pounds, 3.9 ounces, and was 19 and
one-half inches long; and
WHEREAS,
this fortunate and healthy baby has been born with a wealth of family and
friends who are overjoyed at her birth and welcome her with loving arms;
and
WHEREAS,
Natalia is adored by all who lay eyes on her, and all are looking forward to
watching and supporting her as she grows and learns in the amazing months and
years to come; and
WHEREAS,
little Natalia was born to two outstanding citizens of Georgia, as her parents
serve diligently as teachers in Rome, Georgia; her father, Gary Jones, serves as
a fourth grade teacher at East Central Elementary School, and her mother,
Desiree Jones, is a teacher at St. Mary´s school; and
WHEREAS,
the birth of their new daughter is a wonderful contribution to Georgia, and this
new beautiful baby has brought great happiness to the world and to those who are
privileged to know her.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body join in
congratulating Gary and Desiree Jones on the birth of their amazing daughter,
Natalia Desiree Jones, and hereby honor this newest Georgian, wishing her much
success and happiness in the many years to
come.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to the proud parents of Natalia Desiree Jones.
