A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 7 of Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to medical assistance generally, so as to provide that any contract between the Department of Community Health and a health maintenance or other care management organization providing Medicaid services require disclosure to the department of any prescription drug rebates, fees, commissions, or kickbacks received or retained by the organization; to provide for penalties; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
