the Senate Judiciary Committee substitute to HB 1245 by striking the word
"finds"
on line 25 of page 8
and inserting in lieu thereof the word
"funds".

striking line 20 of page 25 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:

contractual agreement or at an hourly rate established
