Goggans of the 7th, Hudgens of the 47th and Bulloch of the 11th offered the
following amendment:
Amend
the Senate Insurance and Labor Committee substitute to SB 239 by striking lines
11 through 16 of page 1 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
"(a)(1)
As used in this subsection, the term 'farm laborers' shall include, without
limitation, any person employed by an employer in connection with the raising
and feeding of and caring for wildlife, as such term is defined in paragraph
(77) of Code Section 27-1-2.
