Bulloch of the 11th offered the following amendment:
Amend
the Senate Health and Human Services Committee substitute to SB 295 (LC 36
0679S) by inserting between lines 16 and 17 of page 1 the
following:
(3)
Paragraph (1) of this subsection shall not prohibit possessing, planting,
cultivating, growing, or harvesting the plant Salvia divinorum for esthetic,
landscaping, or decorative purposes.
