Pearson of the 51st offered the following amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute to SB 92 by striking lines 20 through 22 of page 1 and
replacing them with the following:
(b) For purposes of this Code section, the commissioner shall not require a dealer or retailer to report any sales location more than once except when a sales location is changed by action of the dealer or retailer.
(c) The commissioner shall promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to carry out the requirements of this Code section."
