BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend Article 2 of Chapter 12 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia
Annotated, relating to gambling and related offenses, so as to repeal provisions
related to the regulation and licensing of bingo; to allow persons to
participate in and offer bingo games without requiring a state issued license;
to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.

IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
Article
2 of Chapter 12 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating
to gambling and related offenses, is amended by repealing and reserving Part 2,
relating to bingo.
SECTION
2.
All
laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
