Representing House District 98, Representative Bobby Reese has proudly been serving as a member of the Georgia General Assembly since 1998. His current legislative duties include membership on the Banks and Banking, Education, and Appropriations committees. Reese is also a member of the Interstate Cooperation Committee and the Budget and Fiscal Affairs Oversight Committee for which he serves on both as Vice Chairman.

Reese has an educational background in electronics technology and criminal justice. He presently enjoys a career in the real estate business. Prior to his legislative service, he spent six years in the United States Army.

Representative Reese and his wife, Marjorie, currently reside in Sugar Hill and attend First Baptist Church in Sugar Hill. He is very active in his community and an avid outdoorsman. The couple have two daughters and four grandchildren and is blessed to be raising their oldest grandson, Chase, as their own.
