A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 10-1-393 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to unfair or deceptive practices in consumer transactions, so as to require that consumer reporting agencies automatically provide a consumer the identical report provided to any person who makes an inquiry concerning the consumer's file with such agency; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
