A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 47 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to managing general agents, so as to provide the amount of a policy fee permitted to be charged by a managing general agent; to provide that such policy fee shall be part of the insurer's rate filing and shall be fully earned; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
