A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 32-6-50, of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to uniform regulations governing the erection and maintenance of traffic-control devices and the placement, removal, defacement, damaging, or sale of devices, so as to authorize the Department of Transportation to establish rules and regulations for the prevention or reduction of occurrences of dangerous traffic congestion caused by a high volume of vehicles exiting the interstate highway at certain locations during peak traffic times; to provide for other related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
