James of the 35th offered the following amendment:
Amend
Amendment #1 to the committee substitute to HB 1322 by striking line 3 and 4 and
replacing with “to provide for exemption from disclosure of certain
emergency response recordings”;
and
strike lines 10-11 and replace with “suffering of a person in physical
pain or distress;”
and
strike lines 14 and 15 replace with “Records described in this paragraph
shall be exempt from disclosure if such records are
used”
