Hill of the 32nd offered the following amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute to HB 193 by striking the period on page 2 line 33 and
inserting"; and shall provide that commencing school calendar year 2010 all
public elementary and secondary schools of this state shall commence their
school year no earlier than the third Monday of August each calendar year."
