Amend
HB 212 (LC 18 7931) by replacing line 13 with the
following:
occurring on or after July 1, 2007 2009, and prior to July 1, 2009. 2011; provided, however, that during any year in which a qualifying airline lays off or furloughs any employees, or pays bonuses to any of its employees, that qualifying airline shall not be eligible to receive the jet fuel tax exemption provided for in this paragraph;
