Senators Butterworth of the
50th, Smith of the 52nd and Rogers of the 21st offered the following
amendment:
Amend HB 529 by deleting on
line 14 the words, "if any" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "or
zoning ordinances, as defined by O.C.G.A. Section 36-66-3 if
any".
