Amend
the amendment to the Senate Regulated Industries and Utilities Committee
substitute to HB 568 (AM 36 0173) by inserting after
"January 1,
2010." on line 7 the
following:
No
member of the commission shall be selected to serve as chairperson who has been
found within the previous 12 months to have been in violation of Chapter 5 of
Title 21 and was fined a total of more than $2,500.00 for such
violation.
