the House substitute to SB 133 (LC 33 3236S) by striking lines 11 through 14 and
inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"(R)

facility the primary purpose of which is to deliver human

or medical diagnostic services or which
delivers nonsurgical human medical treatment and which
