the Senate committee substitute to SB 15 (LC 14 0032S) by inserting after the
second semicolon on line 10 the following:

provide for implementation to be contingent upon funding;
By
striking the quotation mark on line 193 and inserting between lines 193 and 194
the
following:

This article shall not be implemented until such time as the Office of Planning and Budget gives public notice, with a copy to each county health department and each clerk of superior court, that state funds have been appropriated and made available to county health departments to cover the costs of implementing this article."
