Adelman of the 42nd, Powell of the 23rd and Thompson of the 33rd offered the
following amendment:
Amend
the House committee substitute to SB 200 by amending on line 303 of page 9 the
following:
Striking
the words, "House Transportation Committee" and inserting in lieu thereof the
words, "State Senate as reflected in the Georgia State Constitution"
