Amend
the House substitute to SB 345 by striking line 16 and inserting in lieu thereof
the following:
"(d)
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, no county or
municipality shall be liable in any action arising out of a race sanctioned
under this Code section.
(c)(e)
Any person convicted of violating subsection (b) of this Code section shall be
guilty
