Amend
SB 384 (LC 28 5017ER) by striking the quotation mark at the end of line 89 and
inserting after line 89 the following:
(i)
Nothing in this part shall apply to owner occupied manufactured homes. No
county or municipality shall impose any health and safety or any other standards
or conditions, including any standard or condition based upon the age of the
manufactured home, for owner occupied manufactured homes, provided that counties
and municipalities may enforce all other applicable local zoning and land use
regulations."
