Unterman of the 45th and Harp of the 29th offered the following
amendment:
Amend
the committee substitute to SB 407 by amending page 7, line 229 after the word
“laws”, by inserting the following:
“All
policies authorized and approved in accordance with this chapter shall submit to
the jurisdiction and venue of
Georgia”.
