Amend
the Senate Insurance and Labor Committee substitute to SB 50 (LC 37 1005S) by
striking the quotation mark on line 203 and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
33-20C-8.
Any
person may file a civil action for damages arising from a violation of the
provisions of this
article."
