Amend
the Senate Ethics Committee substitute to SB 86 by striking lines 28 through 52
and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

Satisfactory evidence of citizenship shall be a legible photocopy of the
applicant's Georgia birth certificate that verifies citizenship to the
satisfaction of the board of registrars.
