Dear Senator Grant:
This
bill would amend provisions relating to retirement and pensions under the
Employees’ Retirement System, the Teachers Retirement System, the
Legislative Retirement System, the Judicial Retirement System, and the State
Employees’ Assurance Department. Specifically, this bill would change all
references relating to the State Merit System of Personnel Administration to the
State Personnel Administration.
This
is to certify that this bill is a nonfiscal retirement bill as defined in the
Public Retirement Systems Standards Law.
